What is left, what it buys, and the card it is bought with.

The three figures
BALANCE, in credits and in roughly how many pages that is. LAST PURCHASE. CARD, which reads "No card saved yet. One is saved the first time you buy." until there is one.
Buying credits
"Credits are bought once and used as work runs. Nothing renews and nothing expires."

The press names what you chose, for example Buy Growth for $150, so you cannot buy the wrong one by pressing the wrong button.
The card
"Card and invoices are managed by Stripe. You come straight back here."
Save a card and Invoices and receipts both leave the product and go to Stripe's own portal, which holds every receipt this workspace has. The card itself is removed there too, in the same portal.
Stopping, and recent movements
Two sections under the packages: what stops when the balance runs out, and the recent movements of the balance, in and out.
What a member sees
The balance, and two sentences: "Only a workspace owner sees the card." and "Only a workspace owner can buy credits."
Refunds
From the terms: "Credits bought in advance are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund."
