The three figures
CREDITS USED, WORK RUNS ("Across 0 people"), and BALANCE LEFT, which repeats the balance in pages as well as credits.
The four sections

A period with nothing in it says "Nothing used in this period." rather than drawing an empty chart.
Reading it
By kind of work is the one that changes behaviour. Building pages should dominate it. If reading uploaded documents or fetching pages dominates instead, the workspace is spending its credits on collection rather than on output, which is normal during setup and a problem three months in.
By person matters in a team. It is not a scoreboard; it is how you find out that one person is rebuilding the same page ten times because nobody told them about Undo.
Download CSV gives you the whole period for your own spreadsheet.
What a member sees
The same screen. Usage is not hidden from members: only the card and buying are.
Credits against dollars
This screen is in credits, which is the unit the workspace runs on. What you paid for credits is on Billing, with the receipts at Stripe.
